Tidewater person came to my house yesterday to do the routine termite check. He saw that there was a leak under my house from the hot water heater and told me about it right away. I was lucky enough to find a plumber and got it fixed! Above and beyond termite duty! Thanks very much

I've been a customer for years. My yard is prone to chiggers and mosquitos, so I've used them to keep that under control as well as keep my home free of black widow spiders or any others undesirable pests. They are always on time, courteous, and do a great job. On the rare occasion that I see something that concerns me they're happy to come back and address it if it's after my scheduled service. All my questions have always been answered and I can recommend them with complete confidence as they're respectful of my property and conduct themselves with absolute professionalism.
